Capezio is a very well respected brand of dance shoe and they offer men's sizes. My favorite is the Capezio Rockit because it looks less like a dance shoe and more like an athletic shoe. The Rockit is a men's dance shoe. Another good option is the Capezio Toggle. The reviews are good and a couple of reviews actually are people buying these shoes for Zumba. Toggles are unisex.
